For the year 2020, Minnesota and Georgia faced the highest percentage of shortage with 23.4% and 21.22% respectively when compared to the entire US.

For 2021, the problem of staff shortage has increased in Minnesota from 23.4% to 27.61%.

In 2022, the shortage of staff has increased for the entire US. Midwest. In all three years Midwest has consistently faced scarcity issues.

The Southwest regions are least effected.

According to data Louisiana, Nevada and Mississippi are highly affected while South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota have the least affected.

We can observe that Illinois is the only state with less availability this is because the data for Illinois is very recent, it was captured only from 2022.
